Το πρόγραμμα “GROWL” (Learning more, growing less) είναι μια σύμπραξη συλλογικοτήτων, ακαδημαϊκών και εκπαιδευτικών φορέων με τη συμμετοχή ακτιβιστών που δραστηριοποιούνται στο χώρο της αγρο-οικολογίας και θεωρητικών της απομεγέθυνσης από 9 Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες και αποσκοπεί στη διαμόρφωση εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και την πραγματοποίηση σεμιναρίων κατάρτισης γύρω από διάφορα ζητήματα που αφορούν το ριζικό μετασχηματισμό του μοντέλου ανάπτυξης προς όφελος της οικονομίας, της κοινωνίας και του περιβάλλοντος.
Η μεθοδολογία του επικεντρώνεται στη διάχυση εκπαιδευτικών εργαλείων, μέσα από μια προσέγγιση “εκπαίδευσης εκπαιδευτών”. Η διάρκεια του είναι διετής (2013-2015).
Οι φορείς που συνεργάζονται στο πρόγραμμα είναι: Recherche et Décroissance (Quimper, Γαλλία, Συντονιστής), Transition Town Witzenhausen - Stadt im Wandel (Witzenhausen, Γερμανία), Haute Ecole de Bruxelles (Βρυξέλλες, Βέλγιο), Fundacja “Kultury Swiata” (Βαρσοβία, Πολωνία), Trast pro ekonomiku a spolecnost (Brno, Τσεχία), Recerca & Decreixement (Βαρκελώνη, Ισπανία), ISCTE (Λισαβώνα, Πορτογαλία), Förderverein Wachstumswende e.V. (Berlin, Γερμανία), ΑΝΤΙΓΟΝΗ - Κέντρο Τεκμηρίωσης για τον Ρατσισμό, την Οικολογία, την Ειρήνη και τη Μη Βία (Θεσσαλονίκη, Ελλάδα), ATTAC - Netzwerk fuer eine demokratische Kontrolle der Finanzmaerkte (Βιέννη, Αυστρία). Στην ελληνική υλοποίηση του προγράμματος συμμετέχουν επίσης, οι "Ηλιόσποροι" (Αθήνα) και το Λαϊκό Πανεπιστήμιο Κοινωνικής Αλληλέγγυας Οικονομίας (Θεσσαλονίκη).
Η θεματική ενότητα και το αντίστοιχο σεμινάριο, που πραγματοποιήθηκε από 1 έως 6 Οκτωβρίου 2014 στη Θεσσαλονίκη είχε τίτλο: "Αλληλέγγυα και συνεργατική οικονομία".
